Life is falling to pieces: an illustrated journal

Life tends to suck if you let it. An illustrated journal about the way I've totally screwed up my life and (hopefully) how I'm going to get myself out of it.

Fun fact: I drew/wrote these at work on some drug-rep post-it memo pads that are actually much smaller than the journal I normally write in... yet on the internet, they appear the same size!!! WoooooOOOOOOoooooooooo!!!! Scary, no???? This is the power of resizing on the internet. Behold!

It’s all about the treats these days. What a sad state of affairs.

That's an excellent trick. I think you made the right choice by using a trick-hat since kids could get the wrong idea if you used trick-pockets.

I remember seeing when KAA was releasing Mind Games, but I never checked it out. I just watched the first ep and its pretty effing cool. I'll definately check out the other nine. ^^

Happy Halloween everybody! (I have another post-halloween update, but that might not go up until late tonight or early tomorrow morning due to time constraints. see ya then!)

fun halloween fact: it's actually the kids who are supposed to trick; the idea is, the kid shows up at the door to play a trick on you but WON'T if you treat them.

i think it's awesome that you turned the tables on 'em. haha

yee gods! if the kids are the ones who are supposed to be doing the tricks then why the hell would anyone pick trick?! It would only result in getting your house pegged with eggs or shaving cream! (Atleast thats how they roll in my neighborhood.)

hahaha that's exactly it; it's a monopoly. the kids know you don't want to be tricked so you'll be forced to treat. it's like, that evil tax guy from robin hood or something. you see him coming and you do what he wants. hahaha

alas, now it's just about consumerism. lol
